1. Overview

Daldagury Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) operates the HWANTA mobile application and hwanta.daldagury.com website (together, the “Service”). The Company complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This Policy explains what information is processed and how it is protected.

2. Personal information collected directly by the Company

HWANTA does not provide account registration, login, or payment. The Company does not directly collect or transmit to its servers your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, or transfer history.

The app may display advertising. When an advertising service is implemented, its provider may process an advertising identifier, device information, and ad-interaction data. Before implementation, this Policy will identify the provider, purposes, data items, retention period, and available user choices.

If you use your device’s sharing feature to send an inquiry through another app, the transmission occurs only after your explicit action and is not collected automatically by HWANTA.

3. Information stored on your device

The following data is stored only on your device to provide app functions:

• Area, transfer type, start time, and end time for an active timer
• Completed or expired timer history
• Preferred area, display language, and text-size setting
• Recently retrieved exchange-rate data and refresh time
• You can delete transfer records in the app. Deleting the app also removes locally stored app data according to your operating system’s rules.

4. Device permissions

Notifications are used for active timers and upcoming or expired transfer alerts. On Android, the optional exact alarm and reminder permission is used to deliver an alert at the transfer end time you set.

You can use policy information and the basic timer without these permissions, but background alerts may be limited. Permissions can be changed at any time in device settings.

5. External service and cross-border processing

To display optional reference exchange rates, your device sends a request directly to ExchangeRate-API operated by AYR Tech (Pty) Ltd. The provider may receive information required for network communication, such as your IP address and request time.

Requests may be processed on servers in Ireland, South Africa, and Germany when exchange rates are refreshed. Retention and deletion are governed by the provider’s policy. A failure of this optional feature does not affect the timer.

6. Website access information

The website has no account system, inquiry form, advertising, analytics tool, or marketing cookie. For security and incident response, infrastructure logs may process an IP address, browser type, access time, and request path. Such logs are deleted without undue delay after their operational purpose is fulfilled.

7. Third-party provision and processing

The Company does not sell personal information. Except for a lawful request under applicable law, the Company does not provide personal information it directly collects to a third party. Advertising-provider processing will be disclosed in this Policy before the advertising service is implemented. The exchange-rate communication described in Section 5 occurs between your device and the external provider.

8. Your rights

You can delete records stored on your device or remove local data by deleting the app. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information may be sent to the email below and will be handled under applicable law.

9. Children’s information

HWANTA does not target children of a specific age for personal-information collection and does not provide account creation or personal-information input features.

10. Security measures

The Company minimizes data processing, keeps app records on the device, and uses encrypted HTTPS connections for external communication. Reasonable safeguards such as access controls and security updates are applied to service operations.

13. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated following changes to law, the Service, or an external provider. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect, and the effective date will be shown at the top.
